Wilsonton Warehouse/Office Units Leased

Units in an industrial warehouse complex in a prime position in Toowoomba’s major industrial precinct have been leased through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.

Units 1A and 2B at 7-9 Gardner Court, Wilsonton, were leased to Australian Rig Construction on a 5 x 5 year lease.

Both transactions were completed by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Peter Marks on behalf of a private owner.

Peter Marks said Unit 1A was the larger of the two properties with an approximately 728 sqm warehouse and 181 sqm of office space.

“This is an impressive street front unit with ample front and rear access with a massive secure concrete hardstand area behind the unit,” he said.

Peter Marks said Unit 2B was an ‘A’ Class office and workshop offering a floor area of approximately 600 sqm and 90 sqm of mezzanine floor.

“A comprehensive fit out was carried out by the owner on behalf of the new tenant to ensure the tenancy was entirely suitable.

“These properties are ideally located in the Wilsonton industrial precinct in Toowoomba, which is an increasingly growing area and only 10km from the emerging Charlton/ Wellcamp industrial estate,” he said.

“Toowoomba is the commercial and economic hub of the Darling Downs, widely accepted as the service centre for the Surat Basin.”
