Toowoomba Showroom Sold
An office/showroom in a prime position in Toowoomba’s major industrial precinct has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba for $245,000.
Unit 14/11-15 Gardner Court, Wilsonton, was leased and sold to Xtreme skins, a revolutionary signage company focused on high quality print and vinyl graphics. Both transactions were completed by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Mark Wynhoven on behalf of a private owner.
Mark Wynhoven said the approximately 110 sqm unit was part of a commercial complex and comprised a ground floor showroom/reception area and loading bay.
“The property is ideally located in Wilsonton industrial precinct in Toowoomba, which is an increasingly growing area and only 10km from the emerging Charlton/ Wellcamp industrial estate,” he said.
Mark Wynhoven said the interior of unit had recently been painted while the mezzanine office area was functional and well air-conditioned.
“The unit is part of a highly presentable complex which has a successful mix of long term tenants,” he said.
“Toowoomba is the commercial and economic hub of the Darling Downs, widely accepted as the service centre for the Surat Basin.”
