Toowoomba Industrial Facility for Sale at Auction
An industrial warehouse/office facility in a prime position in Toowoomba’s major industrial precinct is being offered for sale via auction by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The property on a land area of approximately 6,727 sqm at 488-492 Boundary Street, Wilsonton, is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Peter Marks and Brian Hodges.
Brian Hodges said the offering features a high roof shed of approximately 1,062 sqm and adjoining brick offices of approximately 150 sqm with amenities.
“This facility is located on an approved road train route with excellent exposure to Boundary St,” he said.
“The warehouse facility includes two five ton overhead cranes, 500 amps power to the mains board and high and wide sliding doors each side of the shed.”
Peter Marks said because the shed is strategically placed in the centre of the site so maximum use of the land can be achieved for transport and storage opportunities.
