Toowoomba City Freehold Offices Sold
Freehold offices occupied by DGT and located within the Priority Development Area in the Toowoomba CBD have been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The property at 295 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, was sold to not-for-profit organisation Hear and Say by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Craig Bradley and Peter Marks.
Craig Bradley said the Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign attracted strong interest from a range of parties with multiple offers generated prior to EOI close.
“The modern complex featured 685 sqm of multi-level office space, 250 sqm rear warehouse and storage area plus car parking.” he said.
Peter Marks said the property features excellent exposure to the CBD Outer Circulating Ring Road and also adjoins a new public car parking facility.
Hear and Say have operated locally for more than 17 years and provide a wide range of services for children with disability. These include audiology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and social skills development. This year Hear and Say is celebrating their 25th anniversary for operations within Queensland.
DGT (Downs Group Training) will now work towards relocation to their new facility which is located at 56 Duhig Street, Harristown.
