Toowoomba CBD Office Sold for $1 Million
A magnificent brick office building with outstanding features in a prime CBD position in Toowoomba has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba for $1 million.
The vacant property at 105 Neil Street, Toowoomba, was sold to a local accounting firm by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Mark Wynhoven.
Mark Wynhoven said the property, which includes 12 on-site car spaces behind a secure lock up gate, attracted strong interest during the marketing campaign.
“This is a stunning building which ticks every box for today’s professional and the purchaser will be an owner-occupier,” he said.
“The 325 sqm building has easy access from anywhere in the CBD.”
Mark Wynhoven said other features of the property included ducted air-conditioning, security as well as natural light and character.
“There is also a separate fire resistant strong room for document storage,” he said.
“In addition, the property enjoys convenient access to prominent CBD locations such as Town Hall, the Empire Theatre, the Post Office, Eat Street and Grand Central Shopping Centre.”
