Dynamic Brisbane duo launch RWC Gateway
After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
Popular national health food chain The Source Bulk Foods has arrived in Toowoomba, leasing space in Ruthven Street through Craig Bradley of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The Source Bulk Foods’ first shop opened in Mullumbimby NSW in 2012 and there are now more than 35 stores around Australia.
Mr Bradley says the business leased 172sqm of ground-floor mixed-use space at 292 Ruthven Street with side-loading to Campbell Street.
“The premises has great exposure in an expanding precinct in the north of the central business district,” he says.
“The Spotted Cow Hotel and The Mills Precinct development are close by and there’s parking for customers at the rear via Toomaroo Lane.”
Billing itself as the biggest specialised bulk food retailer in Australia, The Source Bulk Foods’ 400 product lines include nuts, seeds, grains, herbs, spices, cereals, flour, rice, paleo products, superfoods, honey, oils, confectionery, snacks, cleaning products and personal care products.
The Ruthven Street premises was leased for $36,000 per annum plus GST and outgoings.
