Substantial Toowoomba Industrial Facility Sold
A substantial warehouse/office facility in Toowoomba’s northern industrial precinct has been sold to a local end-user to accommodate their expanding business.
The 4047 sqm property, which includes 716 sqm in building area, is located at 31 Vanity Street. The property was sold by Craig Bradley of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba for an undisclosed sum.
Craig Bradley said the Toowoomba based ‘H-Line Structures Australia’ has since relocated their business to 31 Vanity St, which previously housed the long-term operation of Sigma Pharmaceuticals.
H-Line Structures is a supplier of German made Hoecker and Röder compatible temporary structures for the hire industry throughout the world and also supply specialised cleaning machines for the event hire industry.
All H-Line structures are fully engineered with a comprehensive product range in any length including small event (3m-10m wide), large event (10m-50m wide), temporary industrial (10m-40m wide), multi-storey (10m-25m wide), marquees (3m-40m wide any colour) plus military & custom built structures.
31 Vanity Street well caters for the new incoming business’s requirements and also allows for future expansion due to having development upside.
