Substantial Site at Murphys Creek Sold
A substantial commercial site with a massive shed, cattle yards and a huge hardstand area at Murphys Creeks in the Lockyer Valley west of Brisbane has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba and Ray White Rural Toowoomba.
‘Crystal Waters’, approximately 20ha property at 23 Donnellys Road, Murphys Creek, was sold to Lindon Smith by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Daniel McNamara and Ray White Rural Toowoomba’s Myles Cosgrove.
Daniel McNamara said the Expressions of Interest campaign for the Crystal Waters lifestyle package, which included a four bedroom lowset brick home, attracted strong interest.
“We had inquiry from a wide range of potential buyers,” he said.
“This was an attractive package with a quality home and a business brimming with possibilities.”
Daniel McNamara said the commercial component of the property included a 558 sqm shed with concrete floors, 3 phase power and air-compressor lines throughout.
“The shed has provision for gantry cranes of up to six tonnes,” he said.
“The huge hardstand area is perfect for turning large B double vehicles.”
