The national hospital, cleaning and catering products company Reward Distribution has leased retail/office units in the Toowoomba city centre for its latest Queensland outlet.

Reward Distribution, Australia’s largest non-food distributor of hospitality products, has leased 5 & 6/12 Prescott Street, Toowoomba, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Peter Marks.

“The strata titled property has opened as Reward Distribution’s eighth Queensland outlet,” Peter Marks said.

“The company operates nationally and is based in Queensland,  the head office is located at Yatala on the northern Gold Coast and also has many offices around Australia.

“These units in this two level commercial building offered a total floor area of 616 sqm including a 452 sqm showroom and 164 sqm of top floor offices, including a boardroom.

“The fact that the shop is opened to the public as well as wholesalers, complements the diverse range of businesses in the area.”

“On the 9^th April the mayor, Paul Antonio officially opened the new building, welcoming Rewards continued involvement in the city and congratulating them for their 100% increase in their product range.”

Peter Marks said the property enjoyed easy access to James and Herries streets with client parking to the front of the building and staff at the rear.

“This property is in the heart of the Toowoomba CBD, which is an increasingly growing area not only in population, but in commercial prestige as well,” he said.

“Toowoomba is the commercial and economic hub of the Darling Downs, widely accepted as the service centre for both the agricultural and resources sectors.”

Reward Distribution has taken out a 3 + 3 + 3 year lease, showing their commitment to the region.
