A freehold showroom/ office/ warehouse in the Toowoomba Railway Parklands Development Area (PDA) has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The 424 sqm property at 9 Railway Street, Toowoomba, was sold to Leon Carlile and his team at Qld Hot Property by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Craig Bradley.

Craig Bradley said the 424 sqm brick warehouse created strong market interest given unique in design within the sought after PDA precinct.
“Leon is very happy with their recent relocation from 206 Herries Street to 9 Railway Street. Qld Hot Property are now just up the road from Betros Brothers,” he said.
