After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
Professional Office Suites Leased
Office suites in a popular professional office complex in the Toowoomba CBD have been leased through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
Suite 3 and 5 at 614-616 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, were leased in deals negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Mark Wynhoven.
Labor hire and recruitment company WorkPac secured the approximately 103 sqm Suite 3, while home renovation builders Smith & Sons have taken up the 98.4sqm tenancy in Suite 5.
Mark Wynhoven said the recently refurbished building offered a highly professional tenancy environment.
“This complex offers excellent amenities in its tenancies and on-site parking for staff and customers,” he said.
“The location is ideal at the southern end of Ruthven St. The offices are all on the ground floor and have good exposure onto Ruthven Street facing the new Lexus complex.”
