Insulation specialist Higgins Toowoomba has relocated to a new industrial subdivision in south-west Toowoomba through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The 385 sqm high-bay warehouse at 803 Greenwattle Street, Glenvale, was secured in a long-term deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Craig Bradley.
Craig Bradley said Brian Blechynden, owner of Higgins Toowoomba, has engaged a 5+3+3 year lease at 803 Greenwattle St alongside the popular business Amaroo Pet.
“The modern combo tilt / metal-clad warehouse has excellent storage capacity and features a new showroom and office plus good parking provision for customers,” he said.
Brian and his team provide a wide range of energy efficient and acoustic solutions to the residential, commercial and industrial markets specially designed for thermal and acoustic systems.
