Outdoor living specialist Lange Pool & Spa has moved to new premises in the Toowoomba CBD to accommodate its growing business.
Lange Pool & Spa has relocated from James Street to a new headquarters at 42 Water Street, Toowoomba City, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Craig Bradley.
Craig Bradley said Lange Pool & Spa has secured a 389 sqm warehouse/showroom which has been repainted to suit the incoming business plus included new glass shopfront.
“This mixed use property is ideal for Lange Pool & Spa as it also includes 40 sqm of offices and has six onsite car parks plus ample public parking,” he said.
“It’s also in a great location between James and Herries streets overlooking the PCYC near Toowoomba Honda and the new National Tiles showroom.”
