The home of a well-known and established local business has been listed for sale by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
Toowoomba First Aid Supplies, which has been operating in the area for more than 20 years, occupies the retail-office asset at 145 Ruthven Street, North Toowoomba.
Agent Peter Marks is seeking expressions of interest in the property, which is located on the intersection of Isaac Street.
“It’s in a premium position with prime corner exposure and easy access on 476sqm with four dedicated car spaces,” Mr Marks says.

Mr Marks says the property offers storage space, including storage under the building, and is close to Northpoint Shopping Centre.
