Dynamic Brisbane duo launch RWC Gateway
After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.
The longtime home of Simon’s Home Timber and Hardware is for sale north of Toowoomba.
Ray White Commercial Toowoomba is seeking expressions of interest for the 4.96ha Harlaxton industrial investment, which offers holding income plus development potential.
Craig Bradley says Simon’s Home Timber and Hardware is looking to consolidate its long-term operation at 9-25 Wilkinson Street.
“In doing so, they will consider offering to the purchasing party, if required, a formal lease-back with terms to be negotiated,” Mr Bradley says.
The fully fenced site is sprawled over almost 50,000sqm across five lots and includes more than 7500sqm in building area — a plot ratio of about 15 per cent.
“Investors will acknowledge the value of this large footprint and potential income, as negotiated,” Mr Bradley says.
“The hardware business has been operating for many decades at this location, which is also close to the future Toowoomba Second Range Crossing via Mort Street.”
The building footprint includes a showroom, offices, workshop, skillion and a variety of warehousing. There is also a mixture of display, hardstand and storage yard areas.
Zoned Medium Impact Industry, the area allows B-Double access.
Expressions of interest for the property close at 4pm on Thursday, July 12, 2018.
