Full of Life in Walton Stores
Locally owned wellness company Full of Life Organics has taken up a tenancy in the new Walton Stores urban renewal development in the Toowoomba CBD.
Full of Life has secured a 32 sqm outlet in the Walton Stores complex at 476-482 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, in a deal negotiated by Daniel McNamara of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
Daniel McNamara said Ray White Commercial Toowoomba is delighted to have been appointed marketing agents for the joint proponents of the Walton Stores development, Newlands Group and Aspects Architects and Project Managers.
“This development marks the beginning of a cultural transformation in the Toowoomba CBD,” Daniel McNamara said.
“Walton Stores blends heritage with innovation and work with experience.
“It combines the best in dining, retail, commerce and connectivity and the development will soon be thriving with electric cafes, laneway and casual dining as well as boutique retail and convenience shopping and professional office space.”
Daniel McNamara said Full of Life, Toowoomba’s only organic, vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, wholefoods and cold-pressed juice bar and café, is a good fit for Walton Stores.
“Full of Life’s owners are very excited to have the opportunity to share their journey to wellness at Walton Stores,” he said.
‘Full of Life offers juices and cleanses to Toowoomba and the wider Darling Downs as well as personal training, wellness coaching and nutritional coaching.”
The Walton Stores complex features restaurants, café and laneway dining tenancies from 36 sqm to 100 sqm plus up to 911 sqm for a major restaurant. Fresh food market tenancies range from 50 sqm to 150 sqm.
“There are flexible retail options up to 600 sqm, while A-grade office tenancies range from 70 sqm to 300 sqm,” Daniel McNamara said.
