DHA Rural Sales Finds New Home
Animal health specialists DHA Rural Sales has moved to new premises in Toowoomba after more than 40 years in their previous location to accommodate the company’s expanding business.
DHA Rural Sales has leased a refurbished warehouse complex at 318-320 Anzac Avenue, Toowoomba, in a deal negotiated by Craig Bradley and Peter Marks of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
Craig Bradley said DHA Rural Sales has relocated from their previous site at 215-217 Anzac Ave to an outstanding refurbished warehouse/showroom offering excellent exposure on the national highway.
“The DHA transition was required in order to meet their expanding local and interstate business,” he said.
“They have moved to a very presentable site featuring dual entry, ample parking and excellent signage provision.”
Peter Marks said the building offered a total floor area of 1192 sqm, including a 724 sqm front warehouse/showroom plus 85 sqm of office space and amenities.
“There’s also a rear shed on site with five roller doors,” he said.
DHA Rural supplies health and nutrition requirements for the animal health industry, specialising in the pig industry. The company services customers from Sydney to Darwin and has on farm delivery for the Burnett and Darling Downs regions of Queensland as well as the western slopes and Northern Rivers districts of New South Wales.
DHA Rural has engaged a 5 + 5 year lease over 318-320 Anzac Avenue. The complex was refurbished by a local investor and listed for lease at $157,000 per annum net.
