A vacant block with potential to be developed into an office complex in a prime position on the fringe of the Toowoomba CBD has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The property at 19 Isabel Street, Toowoomba, has been sold to a local growing business for $350,000 by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Peter Marks on behalf of a local owner. The owners are excited about the opportunity to develop the site and to bring their business to the attention of passers-by.
Peter Marks said the approximately 740 sqm block is in a prime position on the very successful Toowoomba outer circular road.
