Development Site at Gatton for Sale
A substantial commercial development site in an industrial zone at Gatton, west of Brisbane, is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba under the instructions of Receivers and Managers.
The approximately 14.9ha site on the Gatton-Helidon Road is being marketed via Expressions of Interest by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Craig Bradley under instructions from Robert Hutson and Cliff Rocke of KordhaMentha.
Craig Bradley said the property is situated within the Gatton Eastern Gateway ‘G4 Industrial Zone’.
“The property offers a great location on the entry point to Gatton’s CBD and it is conveniently located en route to the Warrego Highway,” he said.
“The site is a predominantly level parcel and is approximately 400m wide.
“It would suit a wide range of businesses such as catering, entertainment, a service station, showroom, a transport terminal and warehousing purposes subject to council approvals.”
Gatton, which is approximately 37km east of Toowoomba and approximately 86km west of Brisbane, is the administrative centre of the Lockyer Valley. The University of Queensland has a campus in Gatton.
Expressions of Interest close at 4pm on Thursday, May 28, 2015.
