Gillian joined the RWC team in December 2023 in the capacity of Commercial Property Manager. 

She is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management roles within the hospitality, practice management and property management arenas. 

With extensive experience as a hotel manager, practice manager and area manager, she has honed her skills in delivering exceptional levels of customer service.

With a passion for exceeding expectations and a track record of success, she is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world of commercial property management. 

She believes in fostering strong relationships, finding innovative solutions, and continually striving for excellence.

Originally from Ireland, she has called Australia home for the past 20 years.

She thrives in challenging environments, where she can effectively balance her people focused approach with a task and goal-focused mindset.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys gardening, reading and cooking. Her two Australian terriers and a playful cat add an extra dose of liveliness to her busy life.
