His performance earned national recognition, including being voted #1 Business Manager in Australia for two consecutive years for one major automotive finance brand, and #3 nationally for another. This is a reflection of his consistency, professionalism and client trust.

Away from work, Matt is a devoted family man. He and his wife Victoria are raising their two children, and are actively involved in the Toowoomba community.
