Craig Bradley joined the team in the capacity of Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent in July 2007. His career background was comprised of roles in customer sales and service industries including Commercial Property Management.
Craig has negotiated a large number of leases for local and national tenants in the Toowoomba commercial, retail and industrial sectors. This diversity ranges from small offices to large custom built industrial sites. In addition, Craig has initiated and settled many freehold transactions within the Toowoomba marketplace, ranging from vacant land to developed lots and D&C's on behalf of end-users and investors. Craig has also provided ongoing industrial sales and leasing results for Receivers and Managers ‘KordaMentha’.
Testament to these achievements is reflected through Craig’s induction as an ‘Alan White Premier Member’ in 2009. He has continued his 'Premier' status over nine consecutive years (2009-2017). Ray White Commercial Toowoomba is pleased to also announce that Craig was one of only eight commercial agents within the Ray White Group to be awarded the prestigious 'Alan White Elite Member' for 2014.
Through teaming up with long term Ray White member father Gordon Bradley, Craig has been able to learn and benefit from 25 years of first hand industry experience to further enhance his capacity as a successful Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent. Craig is proud to have long-term history with Toowoomba and resides here with his wife Anne and three children; Samuel, Emma & Grace.
