Universal Drones Acquire James St Showroom

Universal Drones has purchased a warehouse/office complex in a prime location on the fringe of the Toowoomba CBD through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.

The company has moved to 180 James Street, South Toowoomba, following a sales deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Daniel McNamara.

Daniel McNamara said the property on a land area of approximately 1,012 sqm is in the sought-after mixed-use precinct and close to the Centrepoint Shopping Centre.

“This building features a showroom, numerous offices and a warehouse with high roller door access,” he said.

“The property enjoys fabulous exposure to James St and has two entrances and plenty of parking.”
