Toowoomba Industrial Site Sold
A large industrial parcel within south-west Toowoomba has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The property at 29 Croft Crescent, Harristown, was sold to local investors by Craig Bradley and Mark Wynhoven of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba following an Offers to Purchase campaign.
Craig Bradley said the approximately 2.936ha site (around 7.25 acres) formed part of Stage 3 of the original 7SD Business Park subdivision.
“We had good interest in this englobo parcel which is relatively level with power, water and sewerage available,” he said.
Mark Wynhoven said the industrial block is zoned for low and medium impact industry, complimented by modern developments and diverse range of businesses.
“A rear service easement also benefits this lot which has future development potential,” he said.
The property was sold for an undisclosed amount.
