Toowoomba Auto Fix Leases Warehouse Complex
New mechanical business Toowoomba Auto Fix has secured a warehouse facility on the fringe of the Toowoomba CBD through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The company owned and operated by Phillip and Michelle Melvin has leased premises at 4 Robertson Street, Toowoomba, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Daniel McNamara.
Daniel McNamara said the 150 sqm warehouse also includes a small office and comes with hardstand and a parking area.
“The property has great access to Ruthven and James streets and has a mixed use zoning,” he said.
“There is ample on-site parking and storage while the complex has 3 phase power and is connected to the NBN.”
Phillip Melvin has more than 20 years’ experience as a tradesman and the new business promises to provide great customer service.
“Customer service is a high priority for the Melvins, with Phillip having previously managed a busy tyre outlet for a number of years before moving on to be a snap on tools representative, ” Daniel McNamara said.
“You will get reliable information at Toowoomba Auto Fix which could help you save money on your repairs.”
