Precision Steering & Suspension has leased a warehouse/office facility in a prime position on the fringe of the Toowoomba CBD through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
The leasing deal for the 290 sqm block and brick shed building at 10-12 Water Street, Toowoomba, was negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Daniel McNamara and Craig Bradley.
Daniel McNamara said Precision Steering & Suspension owner Ryan Kennedy had been looking to start a new business in the Toowoomba CBD fringe.
“This property is ideal for Precision Steering & Suspension as the site area offers 608 sqm with ample parking and great signage opportunities,” he said.
“The property is in a highly sought after ‘mixed use’ precinct between James and Herries streets. It is also easily locatable and adjoins Thrifty Car and Truck Rental.”.
Precision Steering & Suspension has taken out a three year lease at net rental of $32,000 per annum plus GST and outgoings.
