Family owned national company CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) Direct has leased a modern retail shop in Toowoomba through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
CPAP Direct has leased a 107 sqm tenancy located at Shop 2, 161 James Street, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Craig Bradley.
Craig Bradley said the tenancy forms part of a professional commercial precinct between recently relocated local businesses CLO Lawyers and Peter Bowly Accounting.
