Lots of interest tipped for North Toowoomba combined site

By Craig Bradley

The site comprising 10 lots is bounded by Peace, Mole and Ruthven streets, North Toowoomba.

A site comprising 10 lots in North Toowoomba is expected to draw strong interest from buyers looking for opportunity with holding income.

Ray White Commercial Toowoomba is seeking expressions of interest in the unique property, which is bounded by Peace, Mole and Ruthven streets.

The lots are offered for sale inline on behalf of one owner and comprise one professional office and nine weatherboard houses. The total land area is 1.7485ha.

“It’s an excellent land-bank opportunity with the potential to develop and add value in the future, subject to council approvals,” agent Craig Bradley says.

“The site features sought-after holding income on 100 per cent occupancy plus frontage to Ruthven Street, also known as New England Highway.

“Peace Street is zoned Low Impact Industry, Mole Street is zoned Low Density Residential and Ruthven Street is zoned Low-Medium Density Residential, which offers plenty of scope to consider options.”

Catholic co-educational boarding school Downlands College is across the highway and the new Northpoint shopping centre is within walking distance.

The site is 4km north of the Toowoomba CBD.

Expressions of interest for the property will close on or before February 8, 2018.
